1. I assumed the girl was shy by the way she didn't talk to the guy and looked away from him. I also assumed the man was in love at first sight by the way he looked up in the sky and the look on his face/.
2. Yes, hearing is a culture because there are certain expectations that people that can hear have. For people that hear when they talk to someone they expect an answer, but deaf people can't hear so they can't respond.
3. external- the man and the girl can't communicate by talking even though they both wan't to.
4. internal- the man wanted to make a move on the girl but was worried of what the response would because she is seemingly unintrested by the way her headphones are in and she seems to be ignoring him.
5. The conflicts were resolved by writing to each other and at the end the girl revealing that she is deaf. This explained that she was somehow embarrased by her disability and by no means trying to ignore him.
